Belgian Treasures - Delivery charges

 

Orders over 100 Euros get FREE Shipping in Ireland/Northern Ireland.


For shipments within Ireland, if it weighs less than 2 Kgs we use An Post. If the shipment is heavier than 2 kgs, we use a courrier service called Gls. An Post tends to deliver next day, but it all depends where you live ( and how well you know your postman!).
The postage is calculated automatically  as all the products are weight,and allow 2-10 days for delivery, depending where you live in the world.

Payment
You can pay by Credit Card.

We currently use Paypal, so we don't get to see your credit card details, and it's all safe and secure. You can create a paypal account, but you don't have to. Once you come to the Paypal screen you'll see on the right to logon/create an account, and on the left if you want to pay by credit card, but don't want to create an account.

We currently don't accept laser cards(relevant for customer of Republic of Ireland only), so if you are trying to pay by Laser it's not going to work..It's something we are looking into, and if we decide to implement it, it will be posted on the website.

Alternatively you can select to pay by banktransfer. If you are selecting to pay by banktransfer please specify your ordernumber. If your bank doesn't have the option to specify an order number, your name will appear on our bankstatement. If your name on the order is different than the name of the bank account that you are using, please drop us a line, so we know what name to look out  for!( It's all getting very complicated!)

You can also pay by cheque( Ireland only). Please allow for your cheque to clear and then we'll send your order out.

Returns

 

We seek to ensure that you are happy with your purchases.

If you are unhappy with any product which you have purchased we will give you a full refund provided the product is returned unwashed in it's original packaging with proof of purchase included within 14 working days of delivery to

Eco Treasures, Belfield House, Skehanagh, Peterswell, Co. Galway, Ireland.

We do not refund shipping charges, unless we shipped out the wrong product.

We recommend you obtain a free Proof of Posting certificate or return the item via Recorded Delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

If a product is faulty, Eco Treasures, Belfield House, Skehanagh, Peterswell, Co. Galway, Ireland  will replace or refund the price of the product free of charge provided it is returned within 7 days of delivery to  Your statutory rights are not affected. 

 

Eco Treasures is not responsible for returned products while in transit. Please include your order number when returning products.
